These terms apply to optional SMS notifications sent by CPB3 Tech LLC through Twilio for a UKG Ready demo tenant.

Service Description

CPB3 Tech LLC may send optional SMS notifications related to UKG Ready demo tenant activity, including applicant/job application updates, approval confirmations, timesheet reminders, compensation or HR workflow notices, company-wide notices, office closure notices, and emergency communications.

Opt-In

Users are opted out by default. Users opt in by logging into UKG Ready, navigating to Notification Preferences, selecting SMS, reviewing consent language and links to this Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, confirming or updating their mobile phone number, requesting a verification code, and entering that code to verify/register the number.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on subscribed notification activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out and Help

Users can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message or by returning to UKG Ready Notification Preferences and unchecking SMS. Users can reply HELP for help or contact chckbrtt@gmail.com.

Optional Consent

SMS consent is optional and is not required as a condition of employment, application, purchase, account creation, service use, support, or completing any transaction.
