SMS Opt-In

This public page explains the SMS consent flow used by CPB3 Tech LLC with its UKG Ready demo tenant.

SMS notifications are optional. Users are opted out by default and must actively opt in before receiving SMS messages from CPB3 Tech LLC.

How a User Opts In

  1. The user logs into the UKG Ready application.
  2. The user navigates to their Notification Preferences page.
  3. The user selects the SMS notification option.
  4. The user reviews SMS consent language and is provided links to CPB3 Tech LLC's Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
  5. The user confirms or updates the mobile phone number where they want to receive SMS notifications.
  6. The user requests a verification code.
  7. The user receives the code by SMS and enters it in UKG Ready.
  8. After successful verification, the user is informed that their mobile number has been verified and registered for SMS notifications.

SMS consent is not required as a condition of employment, application, purchase, account creation, service use, support, or completing any transaction.

Example Consent Language

By selecting SMS notifications and verifying my mobile number, I agree to receive optional SMS notifications from CPB3 Tech LLC related to UKG Ready demo tenant activity, including applicant/job application updates, approval confirmations, timesheet reminders, compensation or HR workflow notices, company-wide notices, office closure notices, and emergency communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not required as a condition of employment, application, purchase, account creation, service use, or any transaction.

How a User Opts Out

  1. The user can reply STOP to any SMS message from the service.
  2. The user can also log into UKG Ready, navigate to Notification Preferences, and unselect the SMS checkbox.
