How It Works

HCMNotify, a product of CPB3 Tech LLC, sends automated SMS notifications to keep you informed about your UKG Ready data integrations. When you enable SMS alerts during account setup, you'll receive real-time notifications including:

ETL job status updates (success/failure)
Data sync confirmations with record counts
Integration error alerts with auto-retry status
Account security notifications

Managing Your Preferences

You can manage or revoke SMS consent at any time through any of the following methods:

Reply STOP to any SMS message from HCMNotify
Dashboard: Disable SMS in your Alert Preferences settings
Email: Contact support@cpb3tech.llc to request removal

After opting out, you can re-subscribe at any time by replying START to our number or re-enabling SMS in your dashboard.
